MAGSCREEN is a wireless charging power bank, which is mainly designed for iPhone 12 mini / iPhone 12 / iPhone 12 Pro / iPhone 12 Pro Max. It is compatible to the iPhone 12 series, original Apple Magsafe case, or on a thin mobile phone case.

1. Press the Wake Up button to activitate the wireless charging, or plug in the cable for speedy charging.

Normally it can hold charge for a year with minimal loss as MAGSCREEN features an auto-sleep mode to prevent unnecessary power loss. Power banks can be kept in good condition for 1 year if they are properly used, taken care of and stored in a cool, dry place. However, it will come a time where the battery performance degrades gradually.

Yes of course! You can bring along MAGSCREEN Power Bank with you on the plane but only in your carry-on luggage. However, it's always suggested to check with the airlines before the flight as different restrictions may apply depending on the airlines and countries.

Yes, you may use your phone or any other devices while it is connected to the power bank.

It is always a good practice to fully charge the power bank before using it for the first time for power bank's best performance. In order to extend the lifespan of the battery, please discharge and recharge it at least once every 4 months.

No, it is not adviced to do this even though the risk of using a phone while charging with a power bank is very small but there is always a risk that something might go wrong.

Yes, there are 4 LED on side for showing the power level of this power bank. When the product is running out of power, the white LED indicator flashes as a warning.
Also, the last LED will turn to Green LED and stays on during the wireless charging process. Once it's in FOD protection / too high/low temperature or too high/low voltage, etc, the green light will flashes as a warning.
